Unbelievable how rude this woman was. Immediately lost interest in her property after our phone call.
Kelley was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional in our interaction. She failed to reply to requests to view a property except by automated message directing me to call her instead. When I did so, she was immediately rude to and dismissive of me, with zero provocation. I will never, EVER rent or buy a home with Kelley Emmons, and would strongly recommend that others considering working with her, look elsewhere. I would give zero stars if I could. Kelley, if you are reading this, you chose your career path--if you don't like it, find a new one. There's no reason for you to abuse your customers on the phone. You are the least welcoming leasing agent I have ever worked with, the most disrespectful and unprofessional too, and beyond that, you owe me an apology for how you spoke to me this morning.
Every since my family decided to hire Kelly as property manager for our home we've been in a much better place in our lives financially, mentally, and spiritually because the stress of worrying about our home is over thanks Kelly.
