We are so very glad we hired Janet Palmtag to sell our property. She was so professional. She attended to every detail promptly. She kept us in the loop, by communicating daily, and she answered all of our questions promptly. She went above and beyond her selling responsibilities. She even mowed our property when we were out of state. But most importantly she sold our property within days of listing it, for our asking price! I highly recommend her! Hire her! We are glad we did!
We decided to sell our house in Nebraska City in the dead of winter. Our property was in the high end of the local market. I had no idea how quickly Janet Palmtag would be able to list, market and arrange to have over 10 showings in the first week! The house was sold in two weeks, and closed right at 37 days. My advice .. if you list with Janet, put your running shoes on and start packing!
