Worked on our timeline, helped through offers, negotiations, and wording on all responses to counters, etc. Was great at walking the fine line between helping us see potential in different properties, or rooms, without pressuring us to make any offers on a place that wouldn't fit our needs. Always presented both pro's and con's on particular properties and was willing to go the extra mile to ask questions of the listing agent if need be.
