I cannot say enough good things about Mandy! She is one of the most dedicated professionals in her craft. She is so good that she is also a mentor to other realtors since she is an excellent communicator and has a high level of proficiency negotiating home sales and understanding the systems involved in the process of being a real estate agent! Mandy was amazing. We talked to her on a Thursday and then she met us twice to look at homes, and we found our dream home on the second day looking with Mandy. She sent us the MLS listings in the area that met our criteria, and my husband and I went through the entire list in about 3 hrs. We picked out a handful and Mandy got us into see the homes rapidly. My husband and I both knew that the one we chose was our house when we walked in it (and Mandy knew too). It didn't just meet, it exceeded, what we asked for. She respects your price and connects you to whoever you need (including mortgage, inspection, and so on). She walks you through the entire process and is there for you the whole time. She doesn't just get the offer in and ditch you like other agents do. She put a clause in so we knew the day we put our offer in that we had the house, so we didn't have to dread whether or not we got it and the seller couldn't accept another offer. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were overlooked by other agents, but Mandy listened to what we wanted and took the time for us. My husband and I work opposite schedules, so it is very hard to catch us at the same time, but Mandy worked with what times worked for us (including weekends). That is incredible and rare. I highly recommend and don't have anything but positive comments to say about Mandy. So if you are thinking about buying or selling a home and you have found her page (which you have if you are looking at this review), then just choose Mandy. You wont be disappointed, and your expectations will be exceeded.

Mandy went above and beyond the call of duty for us. She fit herself around our busy schedule. Made sure every house we were looking at was in good shape and was constantly available when we had questions. Our loan fell through at the last minute due to a job change. Not 5 minutes after we got the bad news and delivered it to Mandy she had another loan officer set up to review the situation and get us back on track. If you need someone who is dependable and has your back then Mandy is the person I would recommend.
