I was very disappointed in the way a Real Estate Sales person acted while I was on the other end of trying to buy a home. The agent had spoken to someone around town about details of how we turned down a counter offer for specific amount. There is absolutely no excuse for telling other individual’s details about potential home buyers and the amount they offer. This is simply bad business practice and is unethical. I do however feel that JJ Palmtag does have a great business and does well for the housing market in Southeast Nebraska. They just seem to have one specific agent who opens their mouth to people about client’s decisions when buying a house.
