He's extremely knowledgeable in the real estate industry and if he doesn't have an answer, he will definitely find it for you. He always returns phone calls and follows up. I was very impressed with Ben's professionalism and attitude from the very beginning, all the way through signing and beyond. Ben was always only a phone call away. He took care of a lot of the footwork for us and helped us through every bit of things we didn't understand. I was impressed with his ability to correctly estimate our old home's value and what we could ask for it, find us a seller at our asking price, and seal the deal very smoothly. and That was just our old house. When he helped us to find a new home, again he was there every step of the way and always had time for our questions and concerns. Here is where Ben, in my opinion, is a cut above the rest: The night after we signed and purchased our new home, which was also the first night we stayed in it, we had a terrible storm and the rainfall caused our basement window well to fill with water and ultimately shatter the window and flood the basement. In the middle of the night and not knowing what to do, I called Ben. Within the hour he was at my home with a pump and shovel and helped us stop more water from coming in, and also pumping all the water out, which had reached 3 ft high. Considering this is after business was complete between us, it showed me he truly cares for his clients and is always willing to do what he can to reduce all the stresses of home buying and selling to a minimum. I will recommend Ben to everyone I know.

This guy got us into a great house in 2015, and has remained a friend since the deal was done. Ben knows his way around town and works his tail off. Highly recommended if you're in the market for a home!

Please do not consult him if you are planning to buy a house. He is very poor in negotiating skills. He will not even respond to your email's after the closing is done. Most of the stuff which was supposed to be done before closing was postponed. He assured me to take care of issues. He never responds to your emails or phone calls.
