There are a TON of awesome Realtors out there. But what's different about Ben Bleicher was how much he was in tuned and "listened" to what we wanted. When I say "we" I mean moreof my wife lol. Ben could almost finish her sentences on what she did or did not like with the houses we were searching. He found us our dream home. Even for the price we offered because thats all we had. Made it happen and was patient with us!

Ben's expertise in real estate was hands down the reason I scored my dream home at an amazing price in a highly competitive market in the summer of 2020. He was extremely responsive to all of my questions and requests and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I would (and do) recommend him to all!

Ben is disrespectful and rude, greedy and selfish, and unprofessional. He is rude to clients and customers if something doesn’t go his way the slightest bit... I was shocked to learn Andy had a similar experience.

Ben helped my wife and I sell our high end home and did a fabulous job of seeing the transaction through to the end. He's one of the best in the city for high end real estate and a good person to boot!

I would never personally use his services again, nor can I imagine ever recommending Ben to someone else. A real life pettifogger. Will smile and tell you whatever you need to hear to the second of closing, then disappears like a thief in the night.

Aug 10, 2020I'm assuming this is a gentleman I sold a house to over a year and a half ago, although he wasn't kind enough to let my followers see his identity. Cool. Hi RJ. He's upset that he purchased an older house that had old house issues. Was inspected, plenty was found and fixed. Things that would have required xray vision to see were later found. I've never ceased communication. He asked me to pay for his misfortunes, but also attempted to solicit the inspector appraiser, etc. Also made a bunch of threats. Thanks for stopping by.
