I have worked with Brandon Martin on debt consolidation as well as other loans. Upmost professional & excellent to work with!

I’ve been a member for a few years now, and recently bought another car, using Family Trust for my auto loan. I was contacted by Brandon Martin with the Dave Lyle branch with some additional offers to help me consolidate some other debt, boost my credit score, and save me some money on interest. I’m very pleased with the service I received and all of the knowledge Brandon had in answering my questions.

I have been a long time customer at FT and have had questions regarding multiple services in the past. When I decided to inquire info about a home mortgage, HELOC etc. Shanae Martin suggested I spoke with Brandon Martin. He has been the most patient and caring individual I have dealt with in a long time at FT. Brandon took time to call me, updated me and explain to me multiple times which option would be best and gave me time to decide. I truly appreciate the personalized service I received from Brandon. He was very polite, pleasant and during my encounter and he mentioned the 9 month certificate promotion. Jeremiah gave me all the necessary info and asked if I was interested. I told Jeremiah yes and he asked me to have a seat in the lobby. I was immediately greeted by Rebecca Franco and her bubbly personality. It has been a pleasant experience working with Brandon Martin. He has been very helpful and patient with all my questions. He has kept me informed while I went through the Application and Loan process, while making sure I understood. Family Trust FCU is by far the best Banking institution I have ever been associated with.

I have used Family Trust for my auto loan several times. Each time has been very pleasant and easy. Shanae assisted me this last time bc I had a high interest rate from a big bank. She was able to give me an awesome rate, almost 5 points less than my original loan. I would highly recommend Family trust

I feel the need to give a heads up to Christians who are looking to work for Family Trust. They did not used to be this way when Lee Gardner was CEO, but now they have these young woke millennials in there hate Christ, and they grilled me in two long meetings when they overheard I am a Christian, and told me multiple times that I should reconsider working there because of my Christianity. Brittany Cooper, Stanley Jackson, and Kaitlyn Watts were the main forces trying to oust me. My direct supervisor, Zachary Brown, was directly under Stanley's supervision, and it was all a ploy to get me out of there, and they did - very wrongfully and illegally. They literally mock and hate Christians, and I urge you, if you are a Christian, put your money in Founders - leave Family Trust, they are getting worse, and I have other insight I won't go into here. Family Trust has turned "woke", and Lee Gardner, former CEO got fed up with it, too. Their rates will never beat Founders, they are always short-staffed, and management is abusive. I've moved on to bigger and better things, thank the Lord, but I just want to save anyone else any trouble and heartache before you fall into their scheme. They're horrible business. And they're going to start implementing self check-out banking soon - no more personal interaction, like Walmart 🙄 Founders Federal Credit Union is the way to go, everything is top notch and respectable and professional there. I don't miss Zach cursing and yelling at me, either. What a piece of work he is, sadly.

The customer service was above and beyond the branch off of Dave Lyle Boulevard is excellent! They are very professional and excellent customer service, and was able to accommodate me and help me extremely fast and accurate with everything .
