Brandon is AWESOME!!!..He has gone above and beyond to help me and get things done. I am so thankful that I am now a member of Family Trust Federal Credit Union.

We are new to Family Trust and had many questions. We were so fortunate to have Carmella and Brandon M. work with us. Carmella was our initial contact and she was wonderful. When she was not available, Brandon M. stepped right in and did not miss a beat. He is awesome. He is quick to follow-up and keeps us informed on our particular matter. He is easy to work with and customer focused, a true asset to Family Trust.

Family Trust has undergone some pretty significant shifts over the past couple years which have left me dissatisfied and disappointed. I've shared my thoughts with a branch manager and while I have reduced my footprint there, I am waiting and watching for positive changes. In the meantime, I want to acknowledge the high-level of customer service I received in one area. Tyler H. at the Progress Way location in Rock Hill is an amazing young man. He has the energy, eagerness, and vitality of youth combined with the old-school ideals of customer service and values of servant leadership. He is a shining star and an example of what the younger generation can bring to the table. His outward manner sends a message that he wants to be there, wants to help, and wants you to have a great experience. We worked on a new process and he remained on the task diligently until it was completed. I just cannot say enough good things about the experience with Tyler. He is an example to be followed.

UPDATE: The branch manager personally reached out regarding this situation. He apologized for what happened and explained that the teller in question normally has wonderful service and is working with her on what was a misunderstanding of what my needs were and how to approach it in the future. He works hard to ensure a wonderful experience for his customers and his level of follow up was professional and refreshing. Went into this location because the teller at the White st location screwed up a cashier's check for my wife and made it unreadable. I went in to have it fixed at the Dave Lyle location because she also experienced bad customer service at White st. The teller here at the Dave Lyle branch lied to my face and said she couldn't do it because "it had to be voided by the same teller that issued it" So instead of doing her job and fixing the issue, I did a tour of this company's stores today having to drag my 3yr old around for almost 2 hours. First to the white st location where I gave up when they had a line of 15 people and only 2 tellers taking customers. So finally I go to the Celeanse location that is always professional, and the guy there, who is amazing every time ,fixes my issues without any hesitation. To the young lady who lied to me, do your job with integrity. You wasted my time because you didn't want to do what you are paid to do. Shame on you

I love Family Trust! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would not bank anywhere else!! Chelsea, Zac, Casey, Nikki, and Shanae sure do make a great team! Also Mrs.Betty & LaKeitha sure do an amazing job at virtual lending. I love being apart of this team.
