I have been a long time customer at FT and have had questions regarding multiple services in the past. When I decided to inquire info about a home mortgage, HELOC etc. Shanae Martin suggested I spoke with Brandon Martin. He has been the most patient and caring individual I have dealt with in a long time at FT. Brandon took time to call me, updated me and explain to me multiple times which option would be best and gave me time to decide. I truly appreciate the personalized service I received from Brandon. He was very polite, pleasant and during my encounter and he mentioned the 9 month certificate promotion. Jeremiah gave me all the necessary info and asked if I was interested. I told Jeremiah yes and he asked me to have a seat in the lobby. I was immediately greeted by Rebecca Franco and her bubbly personality.
