Jeff Cook Real Estate is an aggressive, predatory real estate company. They obtained my information through a local builder without my knowledge and I have been called by at least 20 of their agents at this point. When I do decide to sell my current home and upgrade, Jeff Cook will definitely not be my real estate agency.

Seriously with the QR codes on billboards??? Not only is it unscannable (tested as a driver and passenger) but it's extremely reckless and dangerous to encourage drivers to pull out their camera on the interstate, they are all over I-26 (no stoplights in sight).

With all of the standstill traffic in the area, we figured passengers within the vehicles would have the opportunity to use the QR code. I have done this myself while waiting at a stoplight and it does work so I am sorry that this did not work for you when you attempted it. I am a disabled veteran who made an offer on a property represented by a Jeff Cook agent. My offer was $21,000 over the asking price. The agent declined the offer unless I agreed to pursue a conventional loan instead of using my VA loan. Please employee a real estate agency that respects the service and sacrifice of your service members.

Aug 11, 2021Mr Miller, Please note that the agent never has the ability to accept or reject any offer. The owner/seller is the only person that can direct the agent on which offers to accept or reject. In this case, the agent can not accept or reject any offer. I’m sorry that the VA offer did not get accepted, however we can’t force the seller to accept an offer simply because it’s VA. Additionally, I encourage you to speak with the VA about the VA appraisal process as some sellers are not accepting VA offers over asking price because of VA appraisal complications. I’m hoping your agent explained that to you prior to making the offer. Last, we love working with veterans, we love doing VA deals, so thank you for your service for our great country, but as I stated above, we can’t force an owner/seller to accept any offer as that is against real estate law. I do encourage you to have your agent place your offer as a backup offer, as sometimes the primary offer will fall out. In that case, you would be first in line. I’m sorry this one didn’t work out thus far.
Worse experience ever. We are out of state, house was nearly sellable.. took 2 weeks for a simple reply. Do not hire Dalton, he's pathetic but "busy".. wouldn't hire them to sell my enemies house. Would love to hear his reply, but he won't reply to our calls or text so oh well. Never hire this company

We worked with Brett Cole. He was amazing at helping us find our first home. He was very responsive at getting back with us in a timely manner. He was genuine and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision.

I worked Jason Millard and found him and the Jeff Cook real estate team to be knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. My house sold within 2 weeks of being placed on the market. I wanted a quick sell due to a huge move and Jason and the entire team did just that for me.
