We have refinanced our homes many times and while it is always good to know you’re helping your financial situation, I also go into the process dreading the time it will take and all the paperwork that needs to be gathered. From the day I reached out until closing was 15 business days. I uploaded 4 documents and electronically signed a few. It was so easy and so fast, but that doesn’t mean that Brandon didn’t take the time to ensure we were getting the best rate and lender for our needs. I cannot recommend working with Primeline Capital and Brandon enthusiastically enough. Greatest experience!!!!

My wife and I shopped around for a lending company for our refinance. We received quotes from 1 other company which was appealing, but when we had conversations and discussed numbers with PrimeLine, both the rate was better and the amount of lender credits they were able to get for us was better. Refinancing is a pretty standard and predictable process from lender-to-lender. Each company should ask you for the same information, but what set PrimeLine apart was the fact that they were efficient and have a good portal for showing progress of uploaded documents, and they seem to have tight relationships with the nation's largest lending companies. Each person with whom we dealt during each step of our refi process was exceptional, professional, responsive, and courteous. We were able to close within 15 days of our initial application, and we could not be happier.
