Jacob Haynes made the mortgage process super easy and smooth. He spent over an hour on the phone explaining the approval process. He was very thorough in answering my questions. Jacob responds to emails/texts in a timely manner. Once the deal was accepted, the appraisal and inspection were completed (with reports) within four business days. If any information was needed, Jacob and his team quickly notified me. At closing, signing of documents was simple. The attorney was impressed at the level of detail and organization of Primeline Capital. I almost forgot to mention, my mortgage rate! They have the best rates anywhere! I researched a few mortgage companies and could not believe the rate that I was quoted for. I have already recommended Jacob and his team to a few friends who are looking to refi.

We had a great experience with PrimeLine Capital! Daniel explained everything and worked to get us a great refinance rate. Jillian was organized and kept up on track submitting everything. I was a little worried at the beginning of the process having only every worked with a credit union for our previous mortgage. Daniel and the team really made me feel comfortable and the process was smoother than our previous experience.
