Brandon was nice and got back to me during his initial process of my loan. He recommended a realtor to me, I worked with the realtor about 2 weeks. She was a nice person and no hard feelings but everyone is not a good match. She was seasoned however she lived a few hours away from where I was looking and I was not available during the week. An incident occurred with this realtor on a Saturday where I had a 4:30 appointment. I am with my child waiting then made aware that this realtor would be 1 hour behind. Common courtesy is to inform prior to running behind. With this realtor being close to Mr.Forney he decided to stop helping me with me loan process. I reached out and was not hearing anything but since I did not go with his realtor he involved personal feelings within business. I finally got an answer from him after. I would advise going with someone who can detach business from personal life. You can’t get upset because a client doesn’t want to work with a realtor who is unorganized and close to you. Period! Go elsewhere!
