Everything was great up until two days before closing when Taylor told us the loan could not be approved due to a miscalculation on their end. Wasted money on travel expenses, furniture, etc. Potentially almost lost our 10k in earnest money due to this mistake, and of course the communicatio from Taylor all of a sudden went silent. We had to involve his bosses to get this situated. I'm sure PrimeLine is a nice place, but we had our worst experience with them. So this review is honest and truthful. I hope everyone who deals with them has a better experience.

Ms. Amina Khan has been the most expeditious loan officer with whom I've ever had the privilege of working! My family has bought several homes in the past, and we've lived in a few different states. We've also did refinances as well as a home-equity line of credit. Each time there was something painful about the experience; and each time we chose not to return to the particular agent or broker. This is not the case with Amina Khan. After initially contacting another broker who was slow to respond, we did Lending Tree. Of course, within minutes several Loan Officers responded. Each was kind and some promised that they could beat any other lender. We were prepared for this tussle so we ignored this as the competitive industry jargon. Then Amina called. Her confidence was amazing! Even more amazing was her very quick and educated responses to ALL of our questions. No pat answers. No I'm-going-to-tell-you-what-you-want-to-hear responses. Everything about this Loan Officer was intelligent and professional. My wife asked me why I was so confident that she was the person for this huge loan. I said, "because in the last 72 hours, she did everything she said she was going to do, and if she couldn't do it, she said so--no false promises." Forty-five days later we HAPPILY closed with the low mortgage rate that she was able to lock in on day two. Henceforth, Ms. Amina Khan is going to serve as our mortgage person and for each of our three children, nieces and nephews. This is now a family relationship! Securing a mortgage is often described as being like a colonoscopy. Save yourself the frustration and anguish and allow Ms. Khan and her dedicated team to serve you. You will not be disappointed.
