Simply amazing!!!! In 5 days I was closed on my Cash Out Refinance. I cannot express my sincere appreciation to Blaire Reynolds and Caroline Medlock. These two went above and beyond helping me choose what was best for my particular situation. Going into this I was extremely nervous about what I should or should not do as I have never refinanced before. Both Blaire and Caroline were patient and understanding. In no way did I ever feel pressured into doing anything. Prior to reaching out to Loan Pronto, I shopped around for the best option and lender to go with. Several of them were very aggressive about me refinancing with them or doing what they wanted me to do. It really discouraged me from even attempting to refinance. In no way did I ever feel pressured with these guys. I am beyond grateful for Blaire and Caroline. Thank you both for all of your assistance and guidance. You made this entire process stress free and seamless. I will never use another broker to handle refinancing in the future. Not only did Loan Pronto supersede my expectations they gained a repeat customer for life.

What's in a name? With Loan Pronto it's everything. I filled in basic information on their website and was closing my loan 15 days later. Although the process worked quickly and efficiently for me, it was so much more than that. Austin Wilson, my loan officer, took the time to understand my situation and recommended several products. He helped me select the best loan for my needs. Loan selected, Blaire Reynolds and her team went to work, plowing through the paperwork and getting things done. They were the true rock stars of this effort. One of the bright spots for me was Blaire's outstanding communication. I was never in doubt were I was in the process and what was coming up next. Truly impressive! Loan Pronto worked so well for me that they are my go-to for my future mortgage needs!

EJ and Olivia by far the best tag team you could ask for. They made the process so quick , but efficient and answered any questions that came up. Truly they made the experience worth it and will recommend in future.
