We had a great experience working with Lisa at Atlantic Bay! If ever needed again we will definitely be returning! Everyone on her team was quick to respond to any questions and always had answers, as first time homebuyers everything ran smoothly and we were informed of everything we were signing up for and all of our options! Had a pretty terrible experience with Atlantic bay. They made a mistake quoting us a loan price while we were negotiating rates and then changed our rate days before closing. Questions I had went unanswered or in a deceptive way. I would definitely not use them again considering how many alternatives there are.
Mike Ray was an absolute pleasure to work with! As first time home buyers we had a lot to learn and Mike made the process as easy as could be. His responsiveness and ease in conversation helped for a smooth mortgage application and approval process. We could not recommend him enough!

Ali and Melinda are rockstars! From the beginning, they made me feel like their only client. They were extremely thorough during the application process so there were no surprises once things went to the underwriter. We were buying and selling simultaneously and within a day of each other. It would have been a nightmare anywhere else, but Ali made it look so easy. I’ll never go anywhere else!
