We worked with Matt and Blaire to get a HELOC set up so that we could buy a condo while remaining in our house. They were super responsive and helped us through all the hurdles that came up during the process. They were able to get our HELOC set up quickly and with the highest balance possible. We would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them for all your loan needs!

I am a USMC Veteran and have excellent credit. I applied for a $30K HELOC. They told me they don’t lend under $100K (94.3 Charleston ad states they will lend as little as $50K). I owe less than $80K on a $300K home. They offered me a $100K refi and wanted to charge me $650 for an appraisal (94.3 Charleston ad states appraisals are rarely required and I didn’t need one for my last 2 refinances). Loan Pronto's offer doubled my current interest rate! This business is a total ripoff!
