I recently went through Ruoff for the purchase of my home and my experience was stellar. Clarissa worked along side me, guiding me through each step with tremendous care and attention to detail. I heard such good things about Ruoff, but I am left feeling underwhelmed and overlooked. I understand being busy with a high workload, however having our questions being completely brushed off, and made to feel like the whole process is a race we have to sprint to finish, is not the experience I want when buying our first (and forever) family home. Communication goes a long way, but it seems some loan officers at this location don't realize that and simply want to "keep it pushing".
