Richard goes above and beyond throughout the entire process. I recently closed on a home a few weeks ago and I'm still grateful for all the support Richard provided along the way. Definitely recommended.

Richard is the Best at what he does. The entire process would have been very difficult without his expertise and guidance. I don't think he sleeps as he was always available to answer question and return phone call promptly. He has the knowledge and experience to guide anyone through the process and we were sorry our association with him had to end. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a stress-free experience.
