Samantha Conrad is the best hands down! We bought our first home through her and it was seamless. 2nd home took 4 years to find and she was always available, running numbers and getting us information on time. Buying and selling a home is stressful Samantha makes the buying part so easy!! A++++++.

Initially I left a negative review after what I felt like took a while to hear back from Ruoff. I apologize I may have been to impatient. It was addressed quickly after that the ball got rolling very quickly clearly and correctly. Thank you very much for your help in refinancing and our original mortgage. Tracie W. was a huge help and she has also helped family members. Thank you.
