Their ok, my truck wheel fell off so it got towed to bobs, and they told me what was wrong, so I said go ahead and do it, when I got the truck I got charged for 4 wheel seals when I only needed two, my key got bent, and the inner door handle doesn’t work, when it did Prier to the truck being towed to their shop

We apologize for the additional charge for the wheel seal, and we have since refunded it to rectify our error. Regarding the key issue, we recall discussing it with you when you retrieved items from your vehicle after it was towed in about how to get the key out of the ignition. I do apologize about the concern regarding the door handle, however our team did not service anything pertaining to the handle. My experience at Bob's Auto & Towing on Main Street was absolutely amazing. They are very friendly, caring and a great pleasure to work with. I've been a Bob's Auto customer for about 5 years now. They're always professional and helpful, and they have great customer service. In addition to my personal vehicle, I also go here with my company vehicle because they do such a good job working with the fleet management company. Can't beat the coupons that come in the mail, and the drop-off/pick-up is SO convenient- they'll just come take my car, do their thing, and bring it back! Also, I love the tow trucks with new wraps every couple months that bring awareness to different causes, like breast cancer, autism, etc. They look sharp, and Bob's is definitely professional and I love that.

I have used Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing for multiple different services. They have towed my car. They have done diagnostics on my car in a very timely manner. Most recently they were able to get some ice out from my tires. I have had very positive interactions with Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing. They are very reliable!!
