Dustin was very friendly . Service was preformed on time .

I was very happy with the service and Dustin . I had extensive work done to my and I was contacted every time that they found something wrong. I was impressed with their service and how short amount of time to get it completely fixed . I will be going back to get my oil changed and my tires rotated.

Just know diagnostics is going to cost you a lot and then they will find problems you didn't ask them to check. Fyi a battery here costs $370 go to fleet farm and buy two of them.

Did the emissions test fast needs more running from installing a new battery. Second car emissions tested done fast no repairs so I can't speak to their repair talent

They are very professional. The one complaint that I have was a charge of $250 to tell me my ignition needed to be fixed which is obvious because the key was stuck in there.

I'm a SWF and nothing puts my mind more at ease than having found a mechanic I can truly trust! I deal with Ryan and not only is he funny, he's very kind and explains things to me as tho I have no clue on what he's talking about, which I don't! However, once he's finished explaining things to me, I always learn something new without feeling stupid. I usually wait to have my jobs finished and the camaraderie in that office is so positive. They all really do care. The 1 time I couldn't wait it out, I had myself a rental within minutes. I would refer Bob's Auto to anyone and everyone who wants to be able to TRUST their mechanic and who doesn't want that?

My visit went terrible. When I left the property, I heard a clunk in the front end. I drove it to my house, which is 1 mile away, only to hear other noises which weren't there before. When I got out of my car, a neighbor pointed out that the taillight was pulled out 3 inches from the body. That wasn't a part they were working on. What pulled the light out of its socket? Unfortunately for me, the shop was closed so I had to wait for Monday. I explained everything to the service man and he tried to push the blame on me!!! He told me to bring the car back to see what they could do. The way it was handled, was wrong in every way.
