Your vehicle was brought in for us to mount and balance four tires, perform an alignment, and it was also discussed that you would be providing your own vacuum lines for your 4-wheel drive system. We did not conduct a diagnostic assessment related to your 4-wheel drive system to identify any underlying issues. However, we were happy to fulfill your request to replace the vacuum lines as per your instructions. We regret that replacing the vacuum lines did not resolve the issue with your 4-wheel drive system. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the success of repairs when we have not conducted a thorough diagnostic evaluation. Thank you again for your feedback.
