If I could give them a zero I probably would. Brought my vehicle here for new brakes and rotors. Was told they put on new brakes and rotors, only 2-3 months later start having tons of issues with the front brakes. Went elsewhere to get it looked at and was told that in fact all they did was flip the old front rotors and not replace them like they said they did....But they sure charged me for new ones. This place obviously is a shady organization that doesnt care to endanger their own customers that support their buisness. GO ELSEWHERE!

Had my vehicle inspected some where else, and everything was good, went there cause something was clunking when you put brake on, they told me they didn't hear anything, I left it instantly clunked, they told me everything else had to be fixed, girl behind counter proceeded to run out vehicle down, we left, never going back

Extremely poor customer service! Drive down the road to Discount Tire for the opposite! I live a hour away and called before I left home to confirm they could balance two tires for me (5 minute job) which they claimed would be no issue. Got there a hour before they close just to be told by the same person they couldn’t help me. Good thing Discount Tire stayed open after hours to help me or I would have wasted a 2 hour round trip.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Tires Plus. Stephanie was amazing to work with, every employee was attentive and helped me get my trailer back on the road. From new tires and a broken stud. They went above and beyond. Thank you!!

Honest/ reliable service

The unprofessionalism and laziness displayed by the technician during the alignment service have left me extremely disappointed and concerned about the quality of work provided by the establishment within the past month. Firstly, during the alignment process, the technician allowed the rack and pinion boot to twist without bothering to adjust it. This negligent act will likely result in a broken boot due to premature breakdown causing entry of dirt and debris into the system. It is astonishing that such a simple adjustment, which would have taken a mere 10 seconds, was overlooked. This careless behavior raises serious doubts about the competence and attention to detail of the tech. Furthermore, upon returning home, I discovered that ALL the tire pressures were significantly below the recommended levels indicated on the side door of my vehicle. As a customer, I expected the utmost professionalism and attention to detail when it comes to servicing my tires. However, this incident demonstrates a clear lack of diligence on the part of your technician, and it further questions the quality of work provided by your establishment. What perplexes me the most is that I had already called your store a week prior, explaining the need to have one of my tires checked. Despite calling early in the day, I was informed that there were insufficient technicians available, and the only time slot offered to me was at the end of the day (1 hour before closing), but was apparently reserved for cleaning the premises. This response was both unhelpful and disappointing, as it disregarded my request for prompt assistance. The overall experience I had at this Rib Mtn Tires Plus has left me dissatisfied, frustrated, and concerned about the quality of work they provide. I had hoped to rely on them for my future tire-related requirements, but this incident has shattered my confidence in their services. UPDATE: new tire slowly leaking air. Called them again and they were able to take care of it the same day. Upgraded to 3 stars from 1 because of their courtesy and responsiveness.
