Tracey has always done amazing work for both myself and my family for over 25 years now and has always done exemplary work. They make sure you are getting the best service and parts while making sure to give you all information at any stage maintenance. They go over quotes with you as well to make sure you are aware of what you're looking at in price range so that you are not surprised at the end. He stands by his work, and that's rare to find. Tracey's always goes above and beyond! I have worked with Tracey's for a long time, and they always do a great job explaining the repairs/issues and they are always honest. I recently had some issues with my Jeep Grand Cherokee and Tracey explained what the problem was and why it was happening. Additionally, he was able to get me in on short notice to complete the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. There was even one time when I took my vehicle in for an oil change and they noticed a small chip in the paint and put some touch-up paint over it! I am so thankful for the work Tracey's does, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

The golden standard of repair/value communication and customer service clear and transparent friendly professionalism, no backyard mechanics here, no off the streets kids working on your car here, no fluff just the right stuff, no shady pushy or condescending sales or staff here, just professional people who know how to treat you in the most respectful manner and don’t treat you like an idiot, they don’t try to pull shady stuff like the other local chop shops, trying to scam you need this and that replaced or repaired when it doesn’t need to be.
