I wish I could give more stars for this Tires Plus team. I'm from SC and visiting family for the summer. We found ourselves in Wausau visiting our granddaughter when we started experiencing catastrophic brake problems. This was Saturday night. Lucky for us I found that this particular Tires Plus was open on Sunday. I can't say enough about the entire team and how they went above and beyond to fix our brakes before we needed to head back out of town. So don't let the name fool you. They do so much more than Tires. Thanks team for a great experience.
Just had my breaks calipers done and these guys did an awesome job.

Went in for tire rotation. They only rotated one side. Didn't even do criss cross rotation. Did not use torque wrench on lugs. Just ran them tight with air wrench. Tried to loosen one can't. Never going back
Gotta give praise to the crew there Saturday October 7th. We were on a weekend getaway and got a gash from metal in the road in the middle of the Chemagwa national forest. The nearest Tesla service center was 200 miles away. We called just after they opened and explained how we had a flat and were a few hours away, riding on an emergency spare. They were the only shop in Northern Wisconsin with 4 new tires for my car. They promised to save us a spot and would get us out asap. They did so, even the manager helped the mechanic get us done with a packed car and dogs too. Our weekend getaway ended early, but the service from Tires Plus in Wasau excellent.
More focused on wanting to do other repairs at inflated prices even when told that I was not interested in hearing about it. Had a tail light repaired, but what they did was not the problem. Tires were replaced twice on my vehicle and I've had nothing but tire pressure issues. I will take my vehicle elsewhere the next time I need tires replaced.
Great customer service. I had an appointment time set. I was then told if I wanted to drop it earlier they might have a chance to take care of my car before my appointment. I dropped it off at 8am, they finished it at 9am. My appointment was 3pm. Made my day.
Wouldn't be going back with any of my vehicles. Last job actually lowered the resale value of my car.
