Stephanie has been a champ at coordinating our repairs. Our silly German car needed help and her and the tires plus team fully delivered. 12/10 highly recommend
Had tire install setup through ebay and they only give you a drop-off time,did not have someone to pick me up so waited at store,initially was told 2-3hr wait but they got me out in about 1hr so overall good.
Had to get in and out in a hurry. Very accommodating and helpful regarding other services my car needs.

This place is tires plus alright. After calling and confirming availability for an oil change/rotate/fuel filter I was informed it would take a few hours. Then after relaying to them I didn’t have a few hours I asked for a quick tire rotation. They said no problem and about 10 minutes later the truck was back outside. Their lift couldn’t lift my 3500 Denali…. Then the ill informed counter person tried to tell me my truck was 12000 lbs. What a joke.

5 pm on a Saturday March 2nd 2024 my wife came in and said the low air light was on. Long story short staple in a tire. I call the tires plus number as they are open till 6. A answering service answered which was interesting as to when I got there I was the only visible customer. I said I called and talked to a lady and she said Bring it out. Mike the guy who waited on me was rude from the get go. When I asked if it could be fixed he asked if I was leaving it I said no. Then he said the staple was to close to the sidewall to fix. Long story short 186 for a new tire. Mike acted like it was a bother to sell a tire.
I went in for a leaky tire and they got me in right away, explained the problem thoroughly, gave me the prices I needed for new rims and tires, all of the guys were super friendly and they did a temporary fix at no cost. Highly recommend!
