I went there for emissions testing. Very efficient and friendly service.
Had thousands in work done only to find out some of what I was charged for was never done!! And the work they actually did do was sloppy and not to industry standard. I paid for a 2nd opinion from a court appointed expert after their work! I didn't make this up. I offered to meet them in the middle, asking for the work I paid for to get done, and replace bolts they stripped, anchor parts that should have been anchored and reimbursement for the overflow of transmission oil (a gallon!) that was spraying all over the underside, and had to be fixed by my 2nd guy. oh btw, they also replaced a wheelbearing on the wrong side and I was left with the same noise (a cupped tire actually) that I brought it in for! After all this, I asked for simple fixes, did NOT ask them for wheel bearing mis- diagnosis reimbursement and I was met with a belligerent owner who said we aren't fixing anything, take me to court, then hung up on me. BEWARE. seems there is no supervision of a new mechanic, and NO accountability. Top that off with being jerks to me. I'm happy to share pictures of the bolts that were never touched in a supposed rear fluid differential change that I paid for. These guys make good mechanics shake their heads.
