My go-to shop in Waukesha as they have treated me fairly, honestly , and their prices seem to be fair.
Extremely rude service people. Stay away from this place. They won't let you bring in store bought parts that would help you save money in the long run. They take TOO MUCH pride having their own parts supplied...which is why they will overcharge you till your wallet is dry. They are a business built on greed. Look elsewhere.

May 23, 2023Hello, I'm sorry that you don't care for our policy, but it is our policy, absolutely no customer supplied parts. This isn't because we're greedy, but because we have to put this shop's name on every repair that we do, with a warranty, and I can not guarantee the quality of the repair with parts that I don't know (especially when your average person buys the cheapest part they can find, with no regard for quality). We DO have a lot of pride in having our own parts supplied, so that we can provide a quality repair, with parts that we can trust, and with a good warranty. Furthermore, this is a business, and we're here to make money. We're not trying to get rich off of anyone, but some of our margins are made in parts, so when you call asking to use your own parts, you are effectively asking me to make less money, and we still have to pay the employee that did the repair.
Emissions tested. Super friendly. I will use these guys for any auto needs. THANK YOU
