Excellent place to get your emissions test done, literally takes only a couple minutes. Just show up anytime during business hours, park at the marked sign, go in, and they'll get it done fast.

Came for emissions test. In and out quick. I received a weird message from owner. I was complimenting not complaining. This is um not sure why someone would say *screw you*

These guys are the BEST. Like seriously the best. Great communication, wonderful people, and quality work. If you're struggling to find a good mechanic to trust, your search is over. Go here and you won't look back. I certainly know it's one of the best decisions I've made!

Very disappointed in the company's overall approach. Mark's know it all attitude, lack of attention to detail, and lack of positive customer service is very noticeable. He's very quick point out he has 43 years of experience but has a REAL difficult time listening to a customer on ANY level. Perhaps he should realize God provided him with 2 ears and one mouth for a reason. This was my second time trying Madison Automotive and it will be my last. Pretty sure the feeling is mutual as I was pretty angry with the entire process. I received no value by taking my vehicle to this company for repair. I was told by Mark, "Madison Automotive has all the business they can handle". Not sure why you would tell a customer this; When I had my business, I made sure my customers were the most important thing to my business not how busy I was or any problems I might be having. I NEVER made excuses for how much business I had. This would make ANY customer want to go somewhere else. I would rather give my business to someone who needs it and provides value to their customers!!! Make sure you're aware, if you walk in Madison's front door, Mark knows EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING. I doubt you will have to explain what might be wrong with your vehicle as he will know before you arrive. If you need a vehicle repaired, I would look for other alternatives as Madison Automotive has "all the business they can handle" I appreciate value, I received none from this company.

Professional auto repair. Skilled and knowledgeable. I was having some issues with my subaru, and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Professionalism and a new building. They do emission testing too. Close to home, and I don't have to drive to the dealership, great service here in Wales.
