I think this is the first time I have ever given a bad review of a company. I feel bad doing it because I know there are employees here who are probably good people and deserve the work, but I cannot believe how rude Mark was at the front desk. Mr. “Know it all” scam artist and every word coming from his mouth was a lie. Sadly, he has probably scammed a lot of people. Maybe even some that have good reviews were scammed and don’t even know it. He has a pretty quick tongue, but if you listen closely and have a bit of knowledge when it comes to vehicles you can tell he is spinning small issues to claim long labor hours. I cannot believe the owner lets this guy be the face of his business. If the owner lets this guy handle his business that way then maybe it’s a trickle down….??Too many things to write here so I will end it with…. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT HERE. I feel lucky I was able to get out without any financial loss, but it wasn’t without words. Mark knew I was right and couldn’t argue the facts any more, so he just told me he would leave my keys on the floor of my vehicle for me to pick up because he didn’t want to look me in the eye. What a loser!
