I wanted to like them because their location is convenient for me. Nice new facility. The day I was there they had staffing issues. 2 hours to balance and rotate tires. I would try them again someday, but for simple things, I'll go elsewhere.
Needed an emission test so decided to get my oil change and tire rotation at the same time! They got me scheduled within a week and my car was ready as promised. Paperwork was clear, people were very friendly, and the costs were way less than the dealer and very competitive with other local places. Plus they didn't try to upsell everything like the dealer does. Very happy with Maddison and will definitely go back! Thank you!
Let me tell you some things I like about dealing with Maddison all these years (and all these cars). 1. Technically very capable. The easy stuff is easy but the difficult things that take time and knowledge, they make those LOOK easy too. Quality team of techs! 2. They stand behind their work. Without question, the best accountability and ownership of issues I’ve ever experienced. The extrs mile is common at Maddison. 3. Detailed explications without talking down to me. Helpful. I get all the info I need and feel confident knowing they did all they could. They even listen to my crazy theories about what might need fixing. 😀 4. Honest. Never had any issues in this regard. The owner is on site and in front of customers. 5. I could go on, but I can say that they have earned my business and I have no concern about recommending them to you.
