Buyer beware.. be sure to pay for the expensive warranty or have someone you trust inspect before purchasing here. Purchased a truck in February for 15k with 150k miles on it. Had check engine light come on within two months and a large leak in my garage. It's now in the shop with a 6800k bill for a cracked, leaking fuel pump and a litany of front end parts needing to be replaced. Calling the owner resulted in zero sympathy or accountability. Says I should have gotten the warranty. The more people I speak with, the more I'm hearing this is nothing new for vehicles coming out of this dealership. Response: I did give you an opportunity to make it right. That was the reason for my phone call. If you were planning to compensate at all for these repairs, that was never indicated at all. I understand you wanted to have it brought back to your shop, but I think you could understand why I wouldn't trust your opinion after the issues you sold this truck with. Having driven it yourself and having your own shop, there's no way all of these issues were overlooked. If you wanted to make it right, I would have been satisfied with partial compensation for my 6800 repair bill after paying you over 15k. My review is for the public. People should be warned about the way that you operate. I didn't even include the black substance that is flaking off the bottom of my truck which I noticed the day I brought it home. Will include photos.

Melissa, I'm sorry you feel that way. However in our conversation, I said that we were absolutely willing to take a look at the truck. All we needed to do was to get it here, and we could take a look at it, and figure out a way forward. This truck I drove personally for months and didn't have any of the issues that your mechanic saw. When you first called, I asked if you purchased a warranty, and you said that we told you not to get one. Being used vehicles, we always recommend some sort of protection for your investment, especially with the year and mileage of that vehicle. When you called back thinking you were actually talking with the repair shop and you apologized for the things you said, I reiterated to you that we would absolutely take a look at the vehicle, which you clearly declined our offer to help. It's unfortunate that you would write this review without even giving us the opportunity to make it right for you, as we are committed to doing the right thing for our customers. Response: you are correct, when we spoke on the phone, I did offer to take it in and figure out what was going on. So often places will sell repairs and tack on things that just aren't needed, so never will we, or any other business blindly just compensate without doing their own due diligence. That opportunity wasn't given to us. As I said before, we will always do the right thing. But when we aren't offered the opportunity to go to work for you, we can only do so much. I have full confidence in that truck, and I am certain it will serve you well for a long time. Thanks again, and if you do change your mind, we would love to take a look at the vehicle for you.

The buying experience at Specialty Auto Sales and Service was the best I've ever seen I was treated like family to people I've never met I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and I would refer them to all my friends and family!

These guys were great. Very helpful, but not in an overwhelming way. It was the quickest, smoothest transaction that a I've ever had, purchasing a vehicle. Very easy going, easy to talk to, without the pressure of buying. 1.5 months past my encounter with Specialty Auto... I decided to go with a smaller dealership (Specialty Auto) because the bigger dealers tend to be a little more pushy. 5 days after the purchase of my 2017 Infiniti QX60 with Specialty Auto, the engine light popped up. The issue was random misfire, which, obviously the issue was not resolved, and I can only conclude that the code was simply cleared in their shop in order to sell quickly without having to repair anything. There was a scratch on the driver side door, which we agreed on contract that they would contact me to set up a date to have it buffed out. 1.5 months later, I still haven't received a call. Also, received a notice that if I left a review, I'd receive a $50 gas card, which I still have not received. Present day, I ended up getting rid of the Infiniti because it had expensive repairs, that were not addressed by Specialty Auto. Instead, I purchased a reliable vehicle from a bigger well known dealer, Gandrud. They were great, and although they are firm with their prices and negotiations, it is worth the time and money. Moral of the story, go big or go home. Don't purchase from smaller dealerships who just want to get rid of vehicles and have no regard for other peoples time and money.

Hey Annie, thanks for the review. Upon delivery, we asked you to give us dates where we could remove the scratch, which you never did despite us calling and asking. Also, if there were issues mechanically with the vehicle, you never told us about it. We would have been happy to work with you to get it right as we stand behind our vehicles. To just assume that we cleared a code in order to sell it quickly is horrifically unfair and ridiculously untrue. Also to just blast us on a review without even once letting us know of the issue so we could help you is not right. However, based on the fact that you yourself failed to disclose major issues on your trade-in despite constant assurances otherwise might be why you feel this way. As a small business, we go out of our way to make sure our customers are taken care of and happy. I'm sorry you feel that way about working with small businesses. We wish you the best. - Mark

I had a really nice experience with Specialty Auto Sales. Zero pressure, and really good customer service. My Ford Escape is the perfect car for me, and I had a small issue after purchase that they repaired for me immediately and did a great job! I would recommend going to Specialty Auto for your next car.
