Searched for months for the perfect vehicle until my husband and I found it at Specialty Auto in Wisconsin. We live in Michigan, so it was going to be quite a drive. We contacted Specialty Auto about the vehicle and from the very start, we were impressed with their professionalism and prompt responses. The entire team was awesome to work with and remained so through the entire buying process. Within the first week of driving the vehicle, a couple of small issues came up that resulted in the need for parts to be replaced. I contacted Specialty Auto about the issues and in return was contacted by Brandon the owner personally. He assured me that they would pay for the repairs to be made at a local garage of our choosing and that is exactly what happened. In the world that we live in these days, trying to find a business(especially used vehicle dealerships) that will actually stay true to their word is hard! Great sales people, all are very friendly. Brandon is an awesome owner/salesman. I had a rough start with my 2012 GMC Sierra 2500hd, but Brandon helped me get it fixed and running like it should. Great business I would say, if you want an affordable used car, look no further you found it.

The transaction was smooth and easy. Communication about the transaction and transportation of the vehicle from Wisconsin to Oklahoma City was simple as well. Though I know when you buy a used vehicle, you are excepting the vehicle as is. So it was not disclosed that the horn did not work, and the speakers did not work, prior to selling the vehicle. Someone had taken out the amp and subwoofer that was in the vehicle, making the sound system in operable. When I addressed this issue with them, they spoke about the extended warranty they tried offering me, which would cover aftermarket parts. They claimed. I had declined the extended warranty. They informed me that they would not be assisting with these things, and covering the cost of fixing the horn and sound system. My thing is, with an extended warranty, what that covers is stuff that goes wrong after purchase. An extended warranty does not cover things that simply are not disclosed prior to purchase. My biggest complaint is that it was not disclosed, and there was no ownership of the fact that these things were wrong with the vehicle. Other than that, the vehicle itself is a great vehicle.

Scott and Mark were friendly and helpful on the purchase of my vehicle. Higher quality service than I've had at any other dealerships. No pushy salesman tactics, financing was done quickly and signing all the documents to get my vehicle was fast and easy even with some changes at the last minute. Highly recommend.
