Great experience! Love that they are not 'vultures' like other big name dealerships. Vehicles are all in great condition. Place is very clean and the employees are all very friendly. After looking for several months at other places, found what I was looking for in my own back yard. Thank you Specialty Auto for the excellent truck-buying experience!

Worked with Mark & his brother on trading in and buying my new truck. No fuss honest discussion both ways. After my first weekend in the new ride- i noticed the front drivers side brakes were making some noise. Stopped back in the next week and explained the problem- new front breaks put in no questions asked. Go see these guys they are great!!!

Absolutely do not recommend buying any vehicle from this dealer. This dealership is a typical used car scamming operation. After purchasing a truck with them that had only 80,000 miles I found an unbelievable amount of things wrong with it. The biggest one being that the transmission started throwing codes after 4,000 miles, I brought it to a mechanic and I found out the Specialty Auto had swapped out the original transmission for a USED one. They intentionally hid this during the sale, as they did not disclose ANY of the major work they did on the vehicle. During the sale the owner handed me paperwork and said this is everything that has been done to it. Conveniently, what he handed to me was paperwork that he got when he purchased the truck, that didn't include the weeks of repairs Specialty Auto did after they purchased, including swapping the transmission. Went back to the owner and he stated he is not required to disclose this. So who knows what other sketchy stuff they are doing and haven't been caught. I would not trust anything coming from this place. The owner also lied flat out to me multiple times during this whole process. That as well as him authorizing work on my truck without my knowledge, and then threatening me with the costs in order to get my truck back. I would recommend all buyers to STAY AWAY.

I would never buy a vehicle from this place again. Purchased a Ford Explorer and should have been reported as a lemon. Bought it the end of March and now the first week of June only. Drove 6 hours round trip to purchase. In original ad it said nothing about sunroof not working. Ok, not a huge deal breaker BUT, then once home the check engine light comes on and dripping transmission fluid. After a long drawn out affair, they had me come down to replace transfer case (6 hour drive round trip) and communication was poor and dragged out. THEN got it home to hear rattling from underneath and no A/ C. Mechanic confirmed faulty Cadillac converter (check engine light) a/c leaking and sway bars need to be replaced. These are expensive repairs after dropping a good purchase price and trusting them. I’m quite sick over it. I personally would NEVER purchase from Brandon or Specialty Auto again. 😡

I was really happy with the overall experience I had with Specialty Auto Sales . I will look at there location next time life changes when in market need of a vehicle to fit. They real honest, clear, pointing out in the contract the condition of vehicle that determines the price feel was good value they repaired and had a part ordered already when realized it on test drive. Thank you to all the staff here this sure experience made me feel comfortable If I am in the area but not in the market and your open I most likely stop in and say hello 😊

Scott and Mark made this SO easy. They had great communication and even messaged outside of business hours to make sure all my questions were answered. It was so easy to come in and test drive and they were honest about pricing. The vehicle has been driving great and I’ve had no problems with it. Amazing customer service and such great guys. No matter how many questions I asked they were patient and never made me feel like an inconvenience. I would definitely buy a car from them again in the future.
