Vince was awesome. He took care of me and handled everything with a smile and a calm demeanor and was able to get the tire there and installed in one day. Couldn’t have gone any better.

It was a great experience. Very nice waiting room with coffee and snacks. During my oil change, I was taken into the garage for a look under my car and not pressured to have anything done that wasn’t necessary. Was told about a couple of recalls. The whole experience was pleasant without any pressure. I will be back

During my recent visit for a simple tire mounting job for my truck's spare wheel, I was initially quoted an excessive $200, which I contested, suspecting a system error. After my insistence, the staff discovered and rectified the issue. However, the experience took a downturn when, upon picking up the wheel, I noticed some of the wheel weights had fallen off due to inadequate cleaning. Despite addressing this, the service personnel only tended to the specific spot of concern, assuring me the rest were secure. Disappointingly, two weeks later, the same issue recurred. While this place had offered excellent service as Scott's Auto, I left underwhelmed with the service quality under the new management. Beware of their “system errors”

First time at Auto Saftey Center, the local mechanic couldn't fix my Check engine light, Auto Saftey Center was able to cater to my needs got me in next day and even had loaner Cars as an option! Loved the atmosphere! It's nice to talk to people not just robots. It's 35 minutes in the opposite direction of my house but I'll be bringing my car here in the future. They found my issue and got it fixed that day! Why did i wait so long? My car hasn't driven this good in months! Will be back for future service.

Amazing service with amazing people. My SUV had a screw in the tire that I noticed that morning and they were able to get me in that morning. All took less than 1 hour. Also fast emission testing service. Thank you for getting me back in the road.

The team was fantastic. I am a former mechanic and since I don't own a hoist, doing a thorough inspection of my vehicle is difficult. While doing the oil change, they performed an inspection on my vehicle and identified some areas where they were concerned. We were able to discuss what to repair and how critical each concern was. I am glad to finally have a place I can take my vehicle knowing they will give me honest assessments of issues, and solid work for a competitive price.

They are thorough and do excellent work. I really like how they track work done and provide recommendations based on inspections. A little pricey, but they send regular coupon offers to offset the higher charges. Would do 5 stars, but for the second time they did not call when car was done and ready for pickup.

Awesome customer service. They greeted me immediately by name and were very good at listening and caring about the issues with my car. They were always able to give me a courtesy ride. They were upfront with what they found and showed me photographs of what was going on with the vehicle. They also were very good in giving me a discount with a coupon even though it was the day after the work was finished and I had forgot my coupon. I would highly recommend them and definitely plan to go there again.

First visit. Went here after word of mouth positive reviews in Cedarburg. Being a car guy, explained to Vincent the current problem. Diagnostic ran. This was a calling in, same day appointment. Vincent explained in detail the issue and recommended repair. No pressure or rush, thorough and good customer service. Would have liked to have had the work needed done here, however Dealer price was basically the same. Expensive repair for primarily labor. Repair currently not done. Told Vincent that if car manufacturer had a recall or if prices came down over time, would most likely use them. All in all a positive experience.
