My car “broke down” on a Tuesday evening. I dropped it off that night and they knew what the problem was by mid morning the next day! They are fast, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them for all our car needs!

After a recent visit for service I expressed concerns about my bill. To be clear, there were no issues with the quality of service performed, but something seemed off on the total. Michael, the general manager, reviewed my concerns and confirmed that there was indeed an error. He used the mistake as a teachable moment for his crew. Then as a gesture of goodwill, Michael informed me that he would refund my credit card DOUBLE the error he found! As a retiree, living on a fixed income, this price adjustment was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The quality of service and management's integrity should make you consider this local business the next time you need your vehicle serviced.

The people were friendly. They did a good job except the tires were not the right pressure and the sensor went off and the computer was set to learn and the car was not running correctly. Stop by to let them know and they immediately took care of the situation.

They charged me almost $900 for diagnostics, to drop the gas tank and repair a small nylon hose. That is on the high side but I understand costs are going up. They also told me that the EVAP purge valve was bad. I told them that I replaced it less than a month before bringing it in. They said that they had tested it and it was bad. I must have gotten a bad part. Its $150 for a Honda Genuine part (see picture) and it takes less than 30 minutes to replace it. They said it would not pass emissions test without it and quoted me almost $500 to replace it. I told them not to replace it. I took it to another shop and it passed emissions test no problem.

Overpriced. More expensive than a dealership. (UPDATE) Since I can't reply directly, I'll post an update. Of course, you cannot see that you ever did any work for me. Because you haven't. Because I decided to shop elsewhere as soon as I found out the final price for 4 tires mount and balance. When I scheduled an appointment I've got a confirmation SMS. However, when I came to the shop, details of my appointment were not in the system. The time was booked, but no details. Earlier that day I called to find out the cost of 4 tires mount and balance. Changing all-season tires to winter. The guy on the phone told me that he cannot provide me with the cost without knowing the exact tire size. 15 inches tire size was not enough for him. He needed the EXACT size. What are you charging per sq. inch?! When I came to shop the guy at the register gave me the price of $160+ for mount and balance. And that's excluding 'recycle fee' since I'm keeping all the tires. Otherwise, it'd be $180+. I was able to mount and balance task later that day for $99.95 at Toyota dealership

Thank you for your time, Michael 262-808-3536 (Update) Thank you for filling me in more, I am going to listen to your call into the shop to learn who spoke with and see where we went wrong. We certainly don't charge by the square inch but low profile tires can cost more and I suspect that is why they asked. Dealerships do have entry level technicians that use to do tires. They are generally very low cost and less experienced mechanics. We have only top tier level technicians who do cost more, understandably. I encourage you to give us another try. Came in for an oil change but sadly my oil pan had issues which is an expensive fix. They explained everything to my husband and tried to work out a plan that worked best for us! They gave us a free loaner car and had it fixed within the day (for a price lower than estimated on Google)! I appreciated their patience and help throughout the process. Their waiting room was so nice! We came with our 1 month old baby (since it was supposed to be a fast appt), and having a clean facility made it so much easier. Not common for mechanic shops so I was very pleased.

These people are very good. You don't usually feel respected but felt very comfortable with them.The manger is very cool and I felt like a friend to him. Good job U Haul but you need to start putting cruise in your fleet. You do know it costs money when you try to keep the truck at a constant speed and it's hard to do. Also not having power windows and cruise now in this day and age shows your priorities is all about the money, because you sure don't care about the person who has to drive it. Have the CEO of the company drive in his trucks 500 miles without cruise. Don't be so cheap. Never again without cruise for me since like 40 years since I didn't have cruise in anything I drove including my trucks. I have driving since 1992 and over a million miles. I couldn't imagine not having cruise. Sorry for the long review but you wanted my opinion and you got it.

Very thorough. Pointed out all areas that may need service in the future. Educated me about maintenance on my vehicle. Great price for an oil change with the coupon!
