My daughter took her car to c&m because her windshield wipers didn't work. She was charged ~$250 with "discounts applied". I was curious what was wrong so I looked at the charges. All he did was change out the wiper arms. I could have bought quality arms for $25 each and install them in less than 10 minutes. I went there and tried to get a little of my daughter's money back. He said he got the wiper arms from evs and labor just cost that much. I have been taking my cars there for several years and i asked if he really wanted to lose my business. He didn't care. The only difference between me and my daughter was that she was a single female. Btw, evs would have done the same work for half the price. I will never step foot in his shop again.

Charlie is incredibly accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. I also appreciate the fact he has a clean waiting room and loaner vehicles available. He is always friendly and his mechanics do quality work. C & M has been our place to take all our family’s vehicles for more than five years. I highly recommend the service in terms of quality and convenience!

Highly recommend!! Traveling from Green Bay to Detroit and my tire started losing air, called around and no one could get me in. Called here and they were able to get me in right away! Super friendly service and had my tire fixed in less than 30 mins! Thank you!!!!!!!

I paid this shop $1600 for replacing my AC lines, the were brand new but the technician installed the lines on the straps that absorb the shock from bumps on top of a bolt which caused the lines to leak antifreeze and caused the vechicle to over heat. The bolt rubbed through the new line.I called the shop and he denied he worked on the Van. I have the receipt to show they did the work. Just be careful and review their work before you pay.

Feb 24, 2024Hi Robert, we tried to reach out to you to respond to this review which has inaccurate information. You stated your repair was $1600 for replacing AC lines. It was actually only $1,328.17 for replacing AC lines. You stating that your antifreeze lines leaked has nothing to do with the AC freon lines we installed. The lines we installed for AC have freon in them not antifreeze. Leaking freon does not cause your van to overheat. You stated that you were told that our shop didn't work on your vehicle, when actually you were told that we didn't work on your anitfreeze lines. It was never stated to you that we didn't work on your car, only stated what we didn't work on. We would be happy to provide further clarification if needed.
The BP gas station up the road didn't have a air hose so I went here and they helped me out. I deeply appreciate it. Thank you!
