Update: Next oil change and tire rotation. Service once again was great! My car is in great shape, friendly professional service, easy to make appointment at my convenience, and my car was ready took within the anticipated timeframe. 1st visit: When I walked in I was greeted & helped immediately. I was given great advice re: oil changes with both synthetic & standard oil from the gentleman at the front desk. While doing a routine oil change I was made aware of a potential transmission problem. The Advisor, Dan Henning was very helpful with various options moving forward. I’m checking my warranty for coverage. I’m very appreciative of the service I received as well as Dan’s & front desk advice.

Communication from the time of my online scheduling, to appointment time & ongoing during repair was timely & thorough…& much appreciated. Talking with Vince during this process was wonderful as he was able to describe my repairs to my level of understanding & did listen to my request to look for other part & price options so I felt heard & my opinion respected! An overall really great experience!!! Will be heading to you as needed in the future!!

The team at Auto Safety Center is caring, courteous, and patient. They'll explain and show you with photos and first hand viewing things that are wrong. They'll work with you on being really customer centric. And, in an industry that the basic consumer is concerned about being taken for a ride, that's NOT the case here. We just completed a normal oil change and check, and excellent as always.

Joe has been the best mechanic I’ve ever had. He is thorough, fair, he always explains things to me so I can understand them with no judgment. He gets what I want out of my car and he genuinely finds me the best deals with full transparency. My parents now go to him as well and they couldn’t be happier (as people who don’t generally trust mechanics they are sold!) don’t hesitate if you’re in the area. You are in good hands at auto safety center!

At almost 50,000 miles my car needed a good going over. All my questions were answered and everything was explained to me. Now all systems are current and I'll be set for awhile. Friendly service and welcoming waiting area.

Our granddaughter from Milton was visiting, when she was ready to leave, we noticed one of her tiires had something in the tire. Called Auto Safety, they told me to bring the car over, she was on her way to Milton in less than an hour.. Outstanding customer service..👍👍
