I was able to walk in & same day get scheduled for service. The technican was very professional & explained what work was performed and what was still needed to be done with expertise & clarity. My wife & I return regularly for vehicle maintenance mainly for the excellent customer service.

Even though they were busy, they repaired my tire quicker than I was expecting. Very nice and polite staff!

Do no go here need a new tire for my car after the install it gave my car the death wobble. After bringing it in again was just told it's just snow. Took it somewhere with competent people and the tire wasn't rebalanced.

I came in about 6 months ago for a evap leak. They said they fixed it. The problem never went away have called many many times about getting it back in they said they have no paper work the the work they did because they switched things in there system there not able to find it. I asked if i would be charged again for work they said they fixed but did not. He told be that because there not able to look It up they need to charge me. So i finely got in for an appointment today i was told to bring my vehicle in at 8am got there. Then was told by the manager that he couldn't get me in at that time that I would need to come back I asked what time can you get it in he told me that they could get it in at 9am I told him I would be back at that time. Got back at 9 I gave him my key and he told me to have a seat it would take about an hour. It is now 10:40 I went to see what was taking so long. Then I noticed my vehicle hasn't even been pulled in yet I asked the manager what was going on. He told me that he had someone else here that asked to do more things on her vehicle. I asked what does that have to do with my vehicle. He told me that I should of just dropped it off. I told him you told me 1 hour. He said would you like to reschedule. I am very upset and would not have anyone come to this location.

Great service! Good communication and the serviceman was very honest, he could have upsold me on some services but instead actually gave me some tips to do it cheaper by myself. This will be my go to for vehicle issues from now on.

Awesome service! They squeezed me in with no appointment due to flat tire. Excellent, friendly, honest staff. They went above and beyond. They kept me updated while waiting. Quick, quality care. I’ve already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you Firestone!

Total bait and switch. On the phone I was told $100-$120 for an alignment. Alignment was completed and it was $190 never going back here again.

We got a flat in delafield. The tires plus wouldn't help us or even try. We get to firestone the gentleman asked what happened. Told us about their card (since we are very tight on funds) and did everything in his power to help us (recommendationsof least expensive tires not just theirs). Pewaukee firestone made sure we could get our new tire so we don't have to miss work when we are already strapped. They deserve all the stars possible no matter the scale is!

This Firestone store is consistently rude, low-quality, and dishonest. They pressured my wife into buying unnecessary parts and services, and made her feel incompetent and threatened. They also did a poor job mounting and balancing new tires, leaving tire lube all over the sidewalls, setting the tire pressures incorrectly, and leaving one of the lug nuts loose. Stay away from this store.
