Extremely disappointed with Tony at Firestone Pewaukee. Made a 7am appointment to get tires. Tony calls at 6:41am, as I'm pulling in to the parking lot. Tony says, " I had a guy call in, can you come at 8am." Me, "no, I'm already here." Tony, "You will have to wait til 8am then." Me, "I don't have time to wait, that's why I made this appointment." Tony, "Not my fault, CLICK... HUNG UP." Not even an I'm sorry for your inconvenience. Great customer service Firestone..... our business will find someone reliable to work on our vehicles.

Tony, the manager was very courteous, knowledgeable and helped me get a great deal on tires. I highly recommend him.

Had work done tire rotation, and an alignment couldn’t align front tires because they said that it was missing something so I went back to where I had work done and they were able to align it.The dispute was not because it was out of alignment, but was how to fix it, next thing I know somebody left on negative review about this place and now I’m getting harassed and according to them it was by somebody else with a different name then I tried calling back and I was immediately hung up on with a nasty message.

Had a appointment for 9am today for a tire alignment and two new tires.. Master mechanic wasn't in and no one had the proper tools they were supposedly locked up.. big waste of time thanks Firestone for a tire alignment and two new tires

I came in for a tire check and needed a new sensor replaced and they were able to do it right away in and out within 45 minutes very pleased

Was told a leaking tire was going to take a hour to fix. Made the appointment and two hours later, while I am in the waiting room, I get a call telling me the car battery died. It is 40 degrees outside and the battery is two years old with never having a problem before. Showed me a print out stating the battery was completely dead. They “jumped started” my car after I refused to buy a new battery from Firestone. Drove one block where they tested my battery and said”it is in great shape absolutely no need to buy a battery “. Not sure why I keep trying Firestone, it always ends with commotion and dissatisfaction.
