I hate to have to post a negative review but this is the second time we had the same bad experience in getting tires replaced. My husband asked to drop the vehicle off in the afternoon, but they had us bring it in early morning even though they didn’t work on it and finish it until near closing time. We brought a vehicle here before for new tires/tire rotation and when we picked it up the rims were scraped up. I figured it was just an accident, probably didn’t happen often. Now it happened with our newer car, our nice rims are scratched up. I took pictures of the rims before taking it in this time in case it were to happen again. They also left grease handprints all over the door and inside. We haven’t had these types of problems taking it to Walmart in the past, we expected more from a reputable place. My husband recently took another vehicle for a power steering problem. They didn’t even fill the power steering fluid reservoir after replacing the part and had the vehicle sitting there for days before they got to it.

After reading previous reviews, I’ve found out that I’m not the only person that this has happened to. I dropped my car off in a state that it was driving just fine besides a few random jolts. However, when I got it back it was no longer safe to drive. Long story: I took my car in for an inspection due to my car jolting randomly. It was frequent enough to where it happened a few times a week & I wanted to get it fixed, to make sure no further damage occured. I took it to Cordell’s & they inspected it. They told me the motor mount needed to be replaced & it’ll be good to go. So, I approved that & picked my car up the following day. However, not even one mile of driving my car after it was just worked on, it started vibrating uncontrollably, making very loud noises, and jolting constantly - making it very difficult to drive. I called them immediately when I arrived home (multiple times) & they never picked up. So, I tried calling on my boyfriend’s phone & they picked up right away. Coincidence? Not sure. All I knew was that I dropped my car off in a driveable manner and it was no longer safe to drive. They told me to drop it off that following Monday because they couldn’t get it in to be looked at again. I took it in Monday & they checked it out. They said the spark plugs & coil boots needed to be replaced & that costs over $1.1K. However, researching online & speaking with other auto services shows that the parts only cost about $300 so they were going to charge me over $800 for labor. So, I went back, took my car, & am never going back there again. When I picked up my car for the last time, Ryan (the person at the desk) claimed multiple times that “we will always give you an honest answer, a fair price, & you can always trust us”. False, false, & false. Then, he proceeded to ask about buying my car from me after they just ruined it.

Needed headlight replaced. They fit us in and did the repair right away. Super accommodating to our situation! Great Customer Service!
