Punctual, and got the job done in good time.
They really helped me out with a flat tire repair and kept me on schedule.Very friendly and timely service.

Good for easy stuff. I don’t trust them when it comes to anything after a diagnosis. You could go in because your tires are sliding and they will try to get you to do 10 other things to try and get you to spend money.

Jan 24, 2024Hello, Noah. I do not have you in any of our systems, so unfortunately I cannot pull up any work orders we have done. I am assuming you are talking about the inspection we provide to all of our customers to ensure their vehicle is up to date on maintenance and safe for the roadways. When we find something that is due, whether that is routine fluid changes, or if we find something that is broken, we will always bring it to the customers attention just in case it is something they want to get taken care of to prolong the life of their vehicle. I apologize that you were under the impression we just wanted you to spend money, but I can ensure you we just want your vehicle to be safe and last for as long as possible! Had great service at Cordell’s in Onalaska on my Equinox. Fast and friendly and Samantha gave me a ride back to my house and is the sweetest. Very satisfied!!

We just wanted to clarify if this was the service you were referring to or if you were in more recently as this location was not Cordell's automotive until 2019. Had the greatest experience at Cordell's in Onalaska. Jeremy and John Dobbs took care of my car care and alignment. They were friendly, professional and a overall great experience. Inexpensive, got me in right away and quality service makes me a customer forever. Thank you Jeremy and John for your knowledge, customer service and quality work.

Service was quick and I got my car back by the promised time. They provided a shuttle service for me both ways. The quoted price was a little less because I got to use my rewards.
