When the clutch fell off my AC compressor, I bought an aftermarket unit and found a guy who would replace it cheap. Unfortunately, my AC still didn't work after installing the new compressor so I went to TCA based on a friend’s recommendation. Despite a large backlog of work, they were able to fit me in in a reasonable period of time. I received a thorough explanation of what would be involved in the diagnosis of my problem and the cost. I was also given an explanation of possible outcomes of the diagnostics and estimated costs associated with each type of repair. Mike was very sensitive to my reluctance to spend a lot of money on a 9 year old car with 190,000 miles and completed the job at a fraction of what I was afraid it would cost. Upon completion I was given a very helpful explanation of what was checked, what was found and what was fixed so the person who originally replaced my compressor understood what he did wrong. Finding a trustworthy automotive repair shop is like finding a competent healthcare provider, and that’s what I found with TCA!

OMG, where do I start? Fantastic people had the ETC light come on in my Jeep compass, which I brought it in to have it checked out they said they would order the parts but it was going to be 3 weeks before it was going to be in. The part came in 3 days later and brought back the jeep, Jim drove me to my office and got the job done in 3 hours, and it wasn't as expensive as Mike thought it would be. I told them both that they have a new customer for now on they have all my business. Best place great service. Thank you guys.

Great experience! They do excellent work and open book on everything they do. TCA is a place like the neighborhood auto service facilities were in the past. Above board and will not recommend something you do not need and charge you for it.

As a car guy, sometimes you know when a job is beyond what you can do, or want to try. Our 2004 Rav4 had been leaking oil for a few months. At this age, it's usually not just a pan gasket, and it wasn't. Mike and his team took the time to find all the leaks, explained and showed us the work involved, then proceeded to complete the job on time the following day at a very fair price.
