I cannot say enough good things about Studer Body & Paint! I just picked up my van and it honestly looks brand new. They were super efficient and able to fix it in less than a week. Not to mention they were so personable and helpful with getting me to and from Enterprise car rental. A 10/10 experience!

If I could give 10 stars about this business, I would... Bob, the owner & and Bruce, made my experience phenomenal with their service. They were referred to me by my dealership with whom I have bussiness with & since I did speak with Studer; the process was fast & very professional. I do recommend trusting the experts with your car. Appraisal was made at their shop, and their commitment to detail made me write this valuable information about them. Thank you, Studer, for many years of experience & the ride to get my rental car! so my visit was very pleasant even when my car was looking a bit rough but nothing impossible for this business.

Bob is awesome! I came in with some damage to my vehicle after a minor accident. Bob was friendly, knowledgeable, patiently helped me understand the claim coverage I was provided and took my car in for a quick fix within the week! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE THIS BUSINESS IS RACIST! I came in to ask if they were able to fix my car and the dude at counter told me he couldn’t help me because manager isn’t there, shortly after a white man walked in and got his car serviced!

After I had hit a chunk of ice/snow on South 92nd Street near Oklahoma Avenue, that I assume dropped off of a truck removing ice/snow piles that existed in parking lots after the heavy wet snow and then extremely cold weather experienced in January. There was significant damage to the front end of my van. I called a friend, who used to work in the used car business, he recommended Studer Auto Body on South Hawley Road. Studer Auto arranged for towing, provided a timely and reasonable estimate, and worked with my insurance Co. to get an appropriate settlement. Bob Studer, office manager, kept me informed. Dispite difficulty of locating parts, they completed repairs in about 2 weeks.

Awesome to work with. Bob was transparent the entire time my car was there. Told me when parts were ordered when he was going to be able to work on it and when he expected it to be done. Stayed true to his word and did an awesome job!

My husband was hit by another driver and Studer provided a repair estimate. Once the estimate was paid out, Studer refused to actually perform the repair so now the payout likely won’t even cover the actual cost with a different shop.

Dec 24, 2023We are very sorry that there is a communication break-down between the parties involved. We wrote an estimate for you and the insurance company. Normally, we deal directly with the Insurance company. However, we agreed to do it for your husband since he already painted your vehicle in your garage and he wanted to do the repairs himself. This alllowed you to get payment directly from the Insurance company to complete repairs. Again, very sorry for the misunderstanding. Wish you all the best.
