Mike at TCA was awesome. Was in town, 1300 miles from home and had vehicle issues. Being a. Mechanic myself, it's always hard to find someone you trust to work on your vehicles. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful with resolving the issue. Just got back home and the truck had zero issues on the way home. Highly recommend Mike and his crew at TCA!

Mike and his team replaced my water pump and timing belt on my 2006 Acura TL a while back. I look back on it now with my car now at 230,000 miles and how well everything’s been holding up and throughly checked. Will be going back for future repairs.

These guys are fantastic. Had a flat tire. Dropped it off on Friday at 430 and they looked at it right away and had it fixed by 530 ready for me to put back on the car before the weekend. They could have easily put it off until the next week but knew it was important to me. Awesome customer service!

Charged $40 for diagnostics even though I already knew it was an alternator problem, refused to remove the charge, saying “we wanted to make sure we were fixing the right thing”. Even if they were fixing the wrong thing it wouldn’t have mattered, they were getting paid either way, anyways very shady place do not recommend

Aug 24, 2023I'm sorry you were disappointed with our repair! When your son dropped off the car, it was clearly stated that he THOUGHT it needed an alternator and IF SO he had provided one in the car. After confirming it indeed needed an alternator, we attempted to install your son's Amazon alternator. Unfortunately he purchased one for a Japanese built vehicle and his was a U.S. built vehicle. We then called him and explained the error and emailed him a price point on a Denso brand U.S. built alternator that he then called back and verbally approved. I'm sorry if there was any confusion in the email estimate. Mike
