If you need automotive repair and your in the Muskego area, this is the place to go. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I don't usually leave reviews, but they deserved every bit of 5 stars.
Emissions were done in less than 10 minutes and staff was so nice!
Quick stop for some air in the tires.
Went for emission testing. Very nice and no appointment needed they do these from8-11 and 12-4
Needed a bottom apron repaired -(under front of car). Picked up my car with tow truck and fixed it that afternoon Then picked me up took me to their shop and was able to get my vehicle. Thank You Black Tie. You have now become my place for service. Thank you so much 👍😁
Great service fast found the problem with my emissions system and fixed it fast and very reasonably priced. And they can do your emissions testing too .Truck runs better than before.!!! Highly recommend 👌👍👏
I had a great experience with Black Tie. My car died in the grocery store parking lot. Black Tie was there to tow my car before my wife arrived to pick me up! They fixed my car quickly and the cost was budget friendly. I have returned for various maintenance services on my vehicles and have received 5 start service every time.
Great group of guys, really friendly and professional, did a great job welding for me as well.
I have had my emissions done here twice and both times have always been satisfied! For the record, at the time of this review they only do them in the am 8-11 but no appt needed. Very quick and easy process. Their little waiting area has a TV, table, a comfy couch and even an adorably kind elderly dog to hang out with. My first time I believe I chatted with the owner and he was very nice.
