Great, friendly customer service. Awesome little lounge area with kids toys and snacks. Took less time for them to put new tires on my car than it usually takes for me to get an oil change elsewhere! Would definitely return for any vehicle needs

We noticed a big screw in my boyfriend’s tire Sunday night. Called River Crest Monday morning. They said to bring it in. Dropped it off. They were busy. I asked if they were able, to get the tire done on or before 2 pm because that’s when my boyfriend gets off work. They said they will try their best. They got it done well before 2 pm. Everyone was very nice, professional and took the tire out of the back of my vehicle and loaded it when it was repaired. Thank you River Crest. If I need services in the future, you’re the place I’ll go to!

I had a flat tire and didn’t even know where to start on who to contact , I called river crest and they were so kind both on the phone and in person, they recommended a tow service that was also kind and arrived in a timely manner. All in all service provided was amazing and the extra customer service was a cherry on top 100% recommend them!!

It's hard to find service you can trust when your car has 334500 miles. First time at River Crest, but won't be the last. Great alignment, courteous staff and decent price for a cheap guy like me.

We shopped around for the best deals for a new set of tires, and with the instant rebate, online coupons and convenience of being close to home, we decided on River Crest over Costco and Discount Tire. The team was fast and friendly. We will definitely be back.
