First time in the shop. I called because a dummy light went on. They were very accommodating. I was able to bring my car in almost immediately so they could run a diagnostic. I have scheduled the needed repair.

Recently moved to the area and decided to try out River Crest. I will definitely be back, they were able to get me in right away. The pricing is very fair and my truck feels like a new truck!

When sitting in the waiting room and hearing the mechanic tell a customer it isn't as bad as he (the customer) thought it is just this small thing that will take half hour and done - you know you are in the right place.

Excellent customer service. Took time to listen to my issue and provided helpful information on tow service. They were responsive and called me when car arrived and completed work timely. Positive experience.

I took my car for new tires a few weeks ago for the first time. They are awesome! Great customer service and efficient. I won't take my car any where else!!
